THE BROADWAY STAR PROJECT is a New York City-based Performing Arts academy that assembles the people and resources for young actors to learn and grow their craft in a professional environment. We offer the best training and professional-like experiences through our Teaching, Guest Artists, and Industry Professionals who capture the young artist’s attention, push them to their full potential and inspire their imaginations as they embark on this exciting journey to their dreams. The TheBSP website is an information, entertainment, and e-commerce site.
CLASS/WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Full payment for all workshops and classes is due before the event. THERE ARE NO CANCELLED ORDERS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO RETURNS. In the event of class/workshop cancellation, full refunds will be issued. Student cancellations will NOT be subject to a refund or credit of any kind.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: No refunds will be given due to inclement weather if the class is held. If the class is not held, a credit will be given towards a current or future or class/workshop.
LOW ENROLLMENT POLICY: The Broadway Star Project reserves the right to cancel, modify, or consolidate any program due to low enrollment.
PARENT ATTENDANCE: To prevent discouragement of the students’ performances, and other disruptions, parents are not permitted to view any class/workshop.
USE OF LIKENESS POLICY: The Broadway Star Project reserves the right to video or photograph Classes/Workshops for publicity and teaching purposes. By participating in any of our classes/workshops, you grant to The Broadway Star Project L.L.C. its agents, employees, licensees, and successors in interest (collectively, the "BSP") all ownership rights and the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to copyright, use and publish the photographed likeness of your child (the "Likeness") that has been (or is being) obtained through your participation in our programs.
The Likeness may be copyrighted, used and/or published individually or in conjunction with other photography or video works, and in any medium (including without limitation, print publications, public broadcast, CD-ROM format) and for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, trade, exhibition, illustration, promotion, publicity, advertising, and electronic publication.
LIABILITY: The Broadway Star Project is not responsible for injury or theft on our premises.
TEACHING ARTISTS SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Due to the nature of the entertainment business, we reserve the right to replace a Teaching Artist without notice. All replacements will be announced before the Class/Workshop.
The Broadway Star Project will issue credits towards current or future programs to students who have symptoms of COVID-19, have had exposure to the Coronavirus, or feel uncomfortable traveling to New York City to attend a summer program due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We need at least 10 Days notice to be able to offer a full program credit (minus Care or Active Commissions) If a program is moved online, a partial credit will be issued. The Inclement Weather and Low Enrollment policies stand unaltered. If The Broadway Star Project cancels a summer 2020 program for any reason, a credit or refund will be issued.
TheBSP may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, E-mail Address and phone number. If you purchase TheBSP's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
TheBSP may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender and education. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
TheBSP encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from TheBSP so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. TheBSP is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the TheBSP website.
TheBSP collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.
