OUR STORY
Built by Broadway parents, for the next generation.
Conceived by Eduardo Jimenez Pons and Coty Manriquez—seasoned creators and directors with experience at Televisa, NBCUniversal Telemundo, Univision, Disney, and Nickelodeon—The Broadway Star Project grew from their journey as parents of a Broadway debutant at age 11.
Recognizing a gap in musical theater education for serious young performers, they collaborated with Broadway parents Ron and Linda Harris and Stephen and Pamela Della Pietra to establish BSP in 2017.

An Enriched Educational Experience
Training spans musical theater, voice-over work, and audition preparation for film and television, helping tweens and teens build confidence and versatile industry skills.
Impact
Students have earned representation, callbacks, job offers, stronger confidence, and genuine industry relationships. They have performed at 54 Below and Radio City Music Hall and contributed to albums, live shows, and music videos.
