Use of THEBROADWAYSTARPROJECT.COM and/or TheBSP, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by THE BROADWAY STAR PROJECT, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. CLASS/WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Full payment for all workshops and classes is due before the event. THERE ARE NO CANCELLED ORDERS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO RETURNS. In the event of class/workshop cancellation, full refunds will be issued. Student cancellations will NOT be subject to a refund or credit of any kind.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: No refunds will be given due to inclement weather if the class is held. If the class is not held, a credit will be given towards a current or future or class/workshop.
LOW ENROLLMENT POLICY: The Broadway Star Project reserves the right to cancel, modify, or consolidate any program due to low enrollment.
PARENT ATTENDANCE: To prevent discouragement of the students’ performances and other disruptions, parents are not permitted to view any class/workshop.
USE OF LIKENESS POLICY: The Broadway Star Project reserves the right to video or photograph classes/workshops for publicity and teaching purposes. By participating in any of our classes/workshops, you grant to The Broadway Star Project L.L.C. its agents, employees, licensees, and successors in interest (collectively, the "BSP") all ownership rights and the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to copyright, use and publish the photographed likeness of your child (the "Likeness") that has been (or is being) obtained through your participation in our programs.
The Likeness may be copyrighted, used and/or published individually or in conjunction with other photography or video works, and in any medium (including without limitation, print publications, public broadcast, CD-ROM format) and for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, trade, exhibition, illustration, promotion, publicity, advertising, and electronic publication.
LIABILITY: The Broadway Star Project is not responsible for injury or theft on our premises.
TEACHING ARTISTS SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Due to the nature of the entertainment business, we reserve the right to replace a teaching artist without notice. All replacements will be announced before the class/workshop.
TheBSP may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. If you purchase TheBSP's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is only used to complete the purchase transaction.
