Rickey Tripp is a director, choreographer, dance educator whose professional experience includes Hamilton, Motown, In the Heights, Once on This Island, Broadway Dance Center.

As a BSP guest teaching artist, Rickey brings real-world perspective into the studio, helping young performers connect strong technique with truthful storytelling, preparation, collaboration, and the confidence required to work at a professional level.
