Nancy Carson

Nancy Carson is a youth talent agent, advocate, industry educator whose professional experience includes Founder, Carson-Adler Agency, advisor to Actors’ Equity’s Children’s Committee, longtime advocate for tutoring and inclusive casting for professional children.

As a BSP guest teaching artist, Nancy brings real-world perspective into the studio, helping young performers connect strong technique with truthful storytelling, preparation, collaboration, and the confidence required to work at a professional level.
