Allie Silber

Allie Silber is Head of LA Voiceover and a New York voiceover agent at DDO Artists Agency, representing children and adults across animation, commercials, promos, narration, video games, podcasts, radio, and audiobooks. She began her agency career in the Children’s and Young Adults Division at Abrams Artists Agency, advancing from executive assistant to agent before joining DDO’s voiceover division.

A Boston University graduate in Film and Television, Allie brings young performers a clear view of how professional voiceover careers are developed—from auditions and demos to preparation, home-studio readiness, professional communication, and long-term relationships with agents and casting teams. Her industry work includes collaboration with casting professionals and projects associated with leading entertainment companies including Disney, DreamWorks, Nickelodeon, and 20th Century Animation.
